Down payments are applied to the purchase price of the puppy.  A down payment of $300.00 is required to reserve
your puppy.  Down payments are
non-refundable.
Reservation order is determined by the date the down payment is received.  Placing a down payment does not guarantee you will receive a
puppy from a particular litter.  This is nature, the size and sex within a litter are out of my control.  If there isn't a puppy available in the litter
you have reserved your puppy on, then your down payment will move to the next available litter of your choice, based on the reservation
date.  If a puppy you reserved is offered to you and you turn the puppy down, you will forfeit the deposit.  Puppy selections are made at 8
weeks of age by the breeder, the Breeder's decision is final as to the puppy the Buyer will receive, but we will make every effort to provide
Buyer with the puppy desired by working together to select the right puppy for your home and family.
The balance of the puppy is to arrive by the puppies 6th week birthday if you plan to pay with personal check.  I will accept a Postal Money
Order, Wal-Mart money transfers, Western Union or a bank wire transfer during the 7th week.  I do not accept PayPal unless you are willing
to pay the PayPal fees.
Cash is the ONLY acceptable form of payment on day of pick up.
When the pup is ready to go to its new home, the buyer agrees to be ready.  If I must "hold" the puppy and wait for you to be ready, there is a
$15.00 a day boarding fee.
