Deposits are applied to the purchase price of the puppy. A deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve
your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable.
Placing a deposit does not guarantee you will receive a puppy from a particular litter. This is nature,
the size and sexs within a litter are out of my control.
The balance of the puppy is to arrive by the 6th week if you plan to pay with personal check or wire transfer.
I will accept a Postal Money Order during the 7th week.
Cash is the ONLY acceptable form of payment on day of pick up.
When the pup is ready to go to its new home, the buyer agrees to be ready. If I must "hold" the puppy and wait for you to be
ready, there is a $15.00 a day boarding fee.
Deposits are transferable to another litter if you must cancel or change your mind up to the 7th week birthday of your pup. Any
cancellations or postponements after the pups 7th week birth date, the deposit will not be transferable to another litter or to the
future.
Pups sold as pets from Bydand Newfoundlands are on a limited registration.

The following agreement is between Michelle Gordon (Breeder/Seller) and ___________________________.

In consideration of a purchase price of ___________________, the Seller transfers to Purchaser, privileges and responsibilities
associated with the ownership of the above described dog as specified in the following. Registration application is being provided.
The purchaser agrees to the following terms of sale:
Limited Registration: X
This dog is being sold as a pet/companion animal.
*The puppy has been examined by breeders vet and it is in good health. The pup has received its first shots and has been wormed.
*Buyer agrees this dog will be spayed or nuertered. Breeder request the animal not be spayed or nuetered until at least 18 months
of life, this is to allow the hormones to regulate proper growth and growth plate closure.
*It is understood that this dog IS NOT to be used for breeding therefore a limited registration certificate is being provided. This is an
AKC registration form that DOES NOT allow for registration of any offspring.
*Buyer agress this dog is not to be bred.
*Buyer agrees this dog will NOT be re-registered with another registry club with out written permission. If buyer does re-register,
the buyer agrees to pay a fine of $5000.00 to the breeder as well as all legal fees if legal action is needed.
*Buyer agrees to love this dog!!!!!
Feed the dog according to the directions provided by the seller or a licensed Veterinarian. Fresh water will always be available to the
dog. Provide for the welfare of the dog by having yearly health checks, parasite prevention program, yearly vaccinations as
recommended by his/her Veterinarian, and heart worm prevention where applicable. Provide a clean, safe environment where the dog
will not be subject to teasing or abuse. Pup must be kept and maintained NuVet Plus supplements and vitamin C for life.
*Buyer agrees that this dog will not be tied or solely kenneled. Buyer agrees this dog will be a family member, spending quality
time with its family in and out of the house.
**Buyer agrees to never shave this animal, except for medical reasons.
**Buyer agrees at 2 years of age to screen the dogs hips and elbows via OFA.
*All training and social upbringing is the responsibility of the purchaser. We require a minimum of puppy training classes followed
by at least one obedience training class. This provides a wonderful opprotunity for you to socialize your dog while learning proper
manners, and also is a wonderful opprotunity for you to bond with your new pet.
***If the buyer defaults on any portion of this contract, and the animal isn't receiving proper care where the animals welfare is in
jeopardy, the breeder has the right to take back the Newfoundland immediately and the buyer will return all registration papers. This
is for the entire length of the dogs life. Then there will be NO REFUND. If breeder has to take legal action against buyer, then buyer
will be reponsible for all legal cost.
*If the purchaser finds for any reason that he/she cannot keep this dog, the BREEDER MUST BE NOTIFIED to assist with other
adoption arrangements. If the dog is returned to breeders property for rehoming, the buyer will assume all cost to return the dog to
the breeder. Written permission must be obtained from breeder to sell or give this dog to another party. At no time is the dog to be
rehomed without written permission. If the dog is returned to the breeder, then money available from rehoming the dog will be
returned to the owner less expenses involved in rehoming and care.
Our Guarantee:
This dog is GUARANTEED to be non-affected by cystinuria. This dogs parents have been screened for: hip dysplasia, elbow
dysplasia, SAS (subvalvular aortic stenosis) and cystinuria. Buyer acknowledges that the breeder has taken responsible precautions
to prevent the puppy from acquiring hereditary faults. However, due to the hereditary and environmental causes of such faults, the
breeder cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract such diseases or ailments, BUT in the event that the puppy is diagnosed by a
licensed veterinarian and verified by a specialist chosen by breeder, with severe crippling hip dysplasia or life threatening heart
problems in the first 12 months of life, it will be REPLACED BY ANOTHER PUPPY of the same sex and equal quality as litters
become available. If for some reason it is determined that the problem was not inherited, but a problem due to lack of care, involving
anything including improper nutrition, injury or enviormental issues that could have been avioded, there will be no replacement
puppy. If the dog is over weight, the guarantee is void. If any part of this contract is not followed or is broken without written
approval, the guarantee is considered void. Any other arrangements have to be APPROVED BY THE BREEDER. In the event that
this dog is bred, ALL GUARANTEES BECOME NULL AND VOID. This dog IS NOT guaranteed to be of show quality or win
any competitions.
The REGISTERED NAME of the dog shall begin with the word BYDAND'S and follow the theme the breeder has selected for the
litter, if any.
IN NO CASE WILL THE BREEDER BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY CAUSED BY THIS DOG.
In signing and submitting this form with aformentioned deposit, I/we are indicating that I/we have read and agree to the
terms of the purchase contract.
